FLYERS SPOIL THE BRUINS CUP CELEBRATIONS WITH A 2-1 WIN
GOAL SCORERS
PHI: C. Giroux (PPG, 19:10 - 1st) , J. Voracek (19:57 - 1st)
BOS: B. Marchand (PPG, 09:42 - 1st)
Last night in Boston, the Bruins took on the Flyers in their Stanley Cup Champion celebration night. Could the Flyers spoil this historical night? Early in the first, Van Reimsdyk's shot (from the left side) was stopped by Thomas. Then 5 minutes later, with the Bruins on the powerplay, Marchand had a breakaway and he scored on his backhand to make it 1-0 Bruins. Then with 50 seconds to go in the first, Giroux deked his way through 4 Bruins and then scored to tie the game at 1-1. With under 10 seconds left, Mezaros took a shot and it was stopped but Voracek put home the rebound to make it 2-1 Flyers.
Bryzgalov (who made 22 saves) would shut down the Bruins from there on end, as the Flyers spoil the party with a 2-1 win. In the loss, Thomas made 27 saves."We played the Stanley Cup champions. It's not easy," said Jagr. "They're probably the best team in the NHL and we've got totally a new team. A lot of young guys. A lot of rookies. You've got to give us time." This was the first time the Flyers faced the Bruins since being sweeped by them in the 2011 Playoffs."It was a big night for Boston, but we came here with a business," Bryzgalov said. "We did not came here to celebrate with them."

2011 Stanley Cup Final (Canucks Vs Bruins)- The Winning Goals
This video shows you the winning goals from each and every game on the Cup Final.
BRUINS WIN THE 2011 STANLEY CUP
GOAL SCORERS
BOS: P. Bergeron (14:37 - 1st) , B. Marchand (12:13 - 2nd) , P. Bergeron (SHG, 17:35 - 2nd) , B. Marchand (EN, 17:16 - 3rd)
Last night in Vancouver, it was winner take all in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final. 7 minutes into the game, Henrik Sedins backhander from the slot was stopped by Thomas in between his legs. On the next play, Higgins took the puck to the net and was stopped by the right pad of Thomas. With 5 minutes to play in the first, Marchand centered the puck to Bergeron and he scored to make it 1-0 Boston. 12 minutes into the second, Marchand scored on the wrap around to make it 2-0 Bruins. 5 minutes later, Bergeron got a breakaway and was tripped by Ehroff and Bergeron ran into Luongo and while doing so thepuck went in the net to make it 3-0.
In my opinion, I don't think that goal should have counted due to the fact that Luongo was knocked over which resulted in the goal. But they reviewed it and the people in Toronto called it a goal. Late in the third, Marchand would add an empty net goal as the Bruins win the Stanley Cup for the first time since 1972."We got the first goal, and we knew that would be important coming here," said 43-year-old Mark Recchi, who announced his retirement after winning his third Stanley Cup. "If they got any chances, Timmy was there, and it was just scary how good he was."
The Cup wining goal (as seen in the video below) was scored by Patrice Bergeron (who had 2 goals in the win). In the win, Thomas made 37 saves for the Stanley Cup and the Con Smythe Trophy."I think I went even further than I thought," Thomas said. "I was scared, I won't lie. I had nerves yesterday and today, and I faked it as best as I could, and I faked it all the way to the Stanley Cup." You have to give the Canucks credit for this long run, but you have to give the Bruins a little more credit since they won and were able to score goals. That was the Canucks main problem, they couldn't beat Thomas.
The biggest reason why the Bruins won the Cup is Tim Thomas and the fact that they solved Luongo."Anybody in our situation right now would feel real disappointed, whether you're the favorite or not," Vigneault said. "We battled real hard. We gave it our best shot. This one game, they were the better team. It's that simple." So the Canucks were not the first Canadian team to win a Stanley Cup since Montreal back in 1993, but they were the first Canadian team to make it to the Finals since the Ottawa Senators in 2007."We're devastated as a team," Luongo said. "We worked all year to get to this point. To fall short like that is a tough one to take ... but we're a good team, and we'll be back."
Lets take a look at how the Bruins made it to the final. In round 1 against the Montreal Canadiens, the Bruins went down 0-2 in the series. But Thomas and the Bruins didn't give up and won 3 straight to take a 3-2 series lead over the Habs. Montreal won Game 6 and forced a Game 7. The Habs went down 2-0 buty came back to tie it. Then with the Bruins leading 3-2 in the dying minutes Subban scored to tie the Game. Horton would win the Game for the Bruins in overtime. In round 2, the Flyers didn't even put up a fight as the Bruins swept them. In round 3, the Bruins went up 3-2 in the series. But the Lightning forced a Game 7.
That Game 7 was a penalty free game and the Bruins won 1-0 with a goal by Horton. Then in the Finals, the Bruins went down 0-2 in the series and went back home and got a pair of wins to tie the series. They lost game 5 by the score of 1-0. But in Game 6 they chased Luongo and went onto win 5-2 and tied the series. Which lead us to this 4-0 win last night to win the Cup. So that's the Bruins road to the 2011 Stanley Cup. It took them 3 game 7 wins to get the Cup. It was by no means an easy Cup run.

BRUINS LIVE ANOTHER DAY WITH A 5-2 WIN
GOAL SCORERS
VAN: H. Sedin (PPG, 00:22 - 3rd) , M. Lapierre (17:34 - 3rd)
BOS: B. Marchand (05:31 - 1st) , M. Lucic (06:06 - 1st) , A. Ference (PPG, 08:35 - 1st) , M. Ryder (09:45 - 1st) , D. Krejci (PPG, 06:59 - 3rd)
Last night in Boston, it was Game 6 of the Cup final and it was a do or die for the Bruins. But you can tell the Bruins to Die another day because yesterday wasn't that day. 30 seconds into the game, Bieska's shot went wide and right to Sedin and he fanned on the puck. On the same play, Raymond was driven into the boards by Boychuck and left the game and didn't return. 4 minutes later, Marchand came into the Canucks zone on the right side and took a shot and scored to make it 1-0 Bruins. 30 seconds later, Lucic came in from the apposite side and took a shot and scored to make it 2-0. 2 minutes later, the Bruins went on the powerplay. Ference had the puck at the point and shot it past Luongo blocker side to make it 3-0.
That was it for Luongo as he gave up 3 goals on 8 shots, so in came Schneide. On the next play, Kaberle's point shot was tipped in by Ryder to make it 4-0 on the first shot Schneider faced. That was 4 goals in 4:21. That's an NHL record for fastest goals by 1 team in the Finals. With 5 minutes to play in the first, Kesler went into the Bruins zone and did a rap around on Thomas but Thomas kept it out with his right pad. Then in the final minute, Hansen had a breakaway and he was stopped by Thomas. 4-0 after 1. Early in the seocnd with the Canucks on the powerplay, Daniel Sedin hit the post.
Going into the third, the score was still 4-0 Boston. But 22 seconds into the third, Sedin came into the Bruins zone and dangled past the defence and scored backhand glove side to cut the lead to 3. 8 minutes later, Krecji would make it 5-1 Bruins on the powerplay. Lapierre would add a late goal as the Bruins would win this game 5-2 and live another day and they have a made a brand new series by making it a Best-Of-1. That's what it's going to be going into Game 7 on Wednesday."I'm proud of the guys," said Mark Recchi, who had three assists. "We had our backs to the wall, we've been resilient all year, and we came out and had a great first period and did what we had to do tonight, and it comes down to Game 7. It's one game now."
Good news for the Canucks is that every game that has been won by them or by Boston has been on there own ice surface. 2 years ago, the Penguins and Wings met in the Finals. In the first 6 games, it was the home team that won. But in game 7 the road team (The Penguins) won the game and the Stanley Cup. The Bruins would like to take a page out of the Penguins book. While the Canucks would like to continue there home success. Game 7 will be Wednesday night on CBC and NBC.

LAPIERRE SCORES IN THE THIRD TO GIVE THE CANUCKS A 1-0 WIN
Friday night in Vancouver, it was Game 5 of the 2011 Stanley Cup Final between the Bruins and Canucks. 4 minutes into the first, the Bruins came in on a 2 on 1 and Kelly took a shot and hit the crossbar, glove side on Luongo. Late in the first, the Bruins were on a powerplay. Chara played the puck to Sidenberg and his one-timer was stopped and the rebound by Bergeron was stopped as well. So there was no score after 1 period of play. 12 minutes into the second, Tanev played the puck to Glass (who had an open net) and he fanned on it and shot a backhander that was stopped by Thomas. There was still no score after 2. This was starting to look like Game 1 all over again.
In the Third, just 5 minutes in, Lapierre dropped the puck to Torres and he played it back to Lapierre and he was stopped by Thomas. On the same play, Bieksa's shot went wide iff the rear end boards and right to Lapierre who scored on the empty net to make it 1-0 Canucks lead. What Bieksa did on that play was, shoot it wide because he knows when Thomas makes saves he makes it on the white ice. So he fooled Thomas by purposly making it go wide so Lapierre would have an empty net and he did and what do you know it's a 1-0 lead. That 1-0 lead would be all the Canucks need as they won Game 5 by the score of 1-0 and took a 3-2 series lead going back to Boston for the Bruins final home game of the 2010-2011 season.
"We do whatever it takes, and that's what we need to do if we want to win the last one here," said Luongo, who stopped 31 shots in his fourth shutout of the postseason. "I play the game because I love it and I want to win the Stanley Cup, so that's the only motivation I need right now. I try to block everything else out. Sometimes it's hard to do in a city like this. You can't let those things affect you, because then they will affect your game." Game 5 was an even game once again. Having said that the team that had a little more hunger got the win even though they were outshot 31-25. It's not about the shots, it's about goals and former Montreal Canadien and former Anaheim Duck and now a Vancouver Canuck got the goal that gave the Canucks a 3-2 series lead.
Lapierre had quite a road this season. He started in Montreal, then he was traded to the Ducks and then he was traded to the Canucks and he got a huge goal for them as they are 1 win away from the Stanley Cup."It's been six months I'm thinking about a goal," Lapierre said. "We got lucky. Good bounce. It was challenging there for us, right spot at the right time."

THOMAS MAKES 38 SAVES IN A 4-0 SERIES TIEING WIN
GOAL SCORERS
BOS: R. Peverley (11:59 - 1st) , M. Ryder (11:11 - 2nd) , B. Marchand (13:29 - 2nd) , R. Peverley (03:39 - 3rd)
Last night in Boston, the Canucks came out battling but had a hard time beating Thomas. 12 minutes in, Peverley had a breakaway and scored five hole on Luongo to make it 1-0 Boston. With 1:25 to go in the first, Lapierre took the puck to the Bruins net and tried to beat Thomas five hole, but Thomas made the save. 30 seconds later, Ryder came into the Canucks zone and took a shot off the crossbar. So the score was 1-0 after 1. 9 minutes into the second, Ryder went back in to the Canucks zone and took a wrist shot and scored to make it 2-0. 2 minutes later, Bergeron played the puck to Marchand in front and he scored to make it 3-0.
4 minutes into the third, Lucic came in on a 2 on 2 and played the puck to Peverley and it went off his glove and into the net. They would review it. But it was in conclusive due to they couldn't tell if the puck went off the glove because the glove is the same colour of the puck. That was it for Luongo as he gave up 4 goals on 20 shots. So in came Scheinder ( who made 8 saves by the end of this game). So it was 4-0 Boston and that would be your final as the Bruins tie the series at 2-2. In the win Thomas made 38 saves.
"When I personally got to see him in the locker room, I was incredibly happy," Thomas said. "It gave me a big boost. He was there to pass the jacket on. The team would have been happy leaving it with Horty for the rest of the series, but he wanted to give it away and keep the tradition going. ... Watching him going down, we want to finish what we started for him." The way the Canucks have to look at this is that it's a new series now. It's tied at 2-2 which makes it a Best-Of-three. They have to erase what happend in the first 4 and focus on winning game 5. Game 5 will be Friday night in Vancouver.

ROME SUSPENDED 4 GAMES FOR HIT ON HORTON
Today in Boston, the NHL announced that they have suspended Rome for 4 games for a hit to the head on Horton in the first period of Game 3 of the Cup Final. Horton past centre ice and dumped the puck in and a short time later was nailed by Rome and left the game with a Concusion that will keep him out for the rest of the final's."Two factors were considered in reaching this decision," said NHL senior vice president of hockey operations Mike Murphy in a statement. "The hit by Rome was clearly beyond what is acceptable in terms of how late it was delivered after Horton had released the puck and it caused a significant injury."
This is a bad call by the NHL. Lets look back at the NHL's non suspension hits to the head. Back in 2009, Matt Cooke of the Penguins gave an elbow to the head of Bruins forward Marc Savard and was not suspended. In the Winter classic of 2011, Steckel of the Capitals nailed Crosby of the Penguins in the head while skating by and no suspension. March 2011, Chara of the Bruins nailed Pacioretty into the turnbuckle with no puck in sight. No suspension. So why did they call this play a suspension? The way they looked at it was, Horton's a star on Boston and if he's out, so should Rome. Bad call NHL. If your not going to suspended all the blind side hits to the head, then don't suspended any.

BRUINS EXPLODE FOR 8 GOALS IN AN 8-1 WIN IN GAME 3
GOAL SCORERS
VAN: J. Hansen (13:53 - 3rd)
BOS: A. Ference (00:11 - 2nd) , M. Recchi (PPG, 04:22 - 2nd) , B. Marchand (SHG, 11:30 - 2nd) , D. Krejci (15:47 - 2nd) , D. Paille (SHG, 11:38 - 3rd) , M. Recchi (17:39 - 3rd) , C. Kelly (18:06 - 3rd) , M. Ryder (PPG, 19:29 - 3rd)
Last night in Boston, the Bruins were looking to avoid going down 0-3 in the series by stealing a game on home ice. It was an all around even game in the first with the score being 0-0 by the end of it. But just 11 seconds into the second, Elder had the puck he tried to clear it but his stick broke and Krejci played the puck around the boards right to Ference who shot it and scored to make it 1-0 Bruins. With the Bruins on the powerplay, Recchi had the puck at the side of the net and played the puck right off of Kesler and into the net to make it 2-0 Bruins. They weren't done yet. Marchand had the puck shorthanded and brought it to the net and played the puck on his fore hand and scored to make it 3-0 Boston.
4 minutes later, Ryders shot was stopped and Krejci scored on the rebound to make it 4-0. 7 minutes into the third, Henrik Sedin gloved the puck down in front of the Bruins net and Tim Thomas through a body check to knock him down. 3 minutes later, Higgins got a breakaway and went to the backhand but was stopped by Thomas. 2 minutes later, Paille came in shorthanded and scored to make it 5-0 Bruins. 2 minutes later, Hansen scored to break the shutout bid for Thomas. Recchi scored shortly after to make it 6-1. Kelly and Ryder would add another as the Bruins beat the Canucks 8-1.
"We won by a big score tonight, but it's only a win and we're still down 2-1, and that's the way I approach it," said Bruins head coach Claude Julien. What's encouraging is that we had our issues scoring on (Roberto) Luongo, and tonight managed to find a way to score a lot of goals on him, so it's certainly good confidence-wise." In this game it looked like the travel time from Vancouver to Boston really hurt the Canucks, as they looked tired and warn out. So the Bruins took advantage by embarrassing the Canucks.
"Still 2-1 for us. Luckily, we are not playing with an aggregate score," Vancouver defenseman Kevin Bieksa said. "Next game is huge for us, and if we take care of that, we are in a great position. You don't want to lose 8-1. It's embarrassing at this time of year." Early in the first, Rome hit Horton with no puck in sight, and Horton was unconscious and was taken to the hospital and Rome got a 5 minute major and a game misconduct. Good news for Horton and the Bruins is, he's moving and awake."We talked a lot about playing for Horty," said the 43-year-old Recchi. "He's been a great teammate for us all year. It's tough to see your teammate down on the ice. We knew it was a late hit, but we're a little more concerned with his health at this point."
Game 4 will be Wednesday night on CBC and RDS.

BURROWS SCORES IN OT TO GIVE THE CANUCKS A 2-0 SERIES LEAD
GOAL SCORERS
BOS: M. Lucic (09:00 - 2nd) , M. Recchi (PPG, 11:35 - 2nd)
VAN: A. Burrows (PPG, 12:12 - 1st) , D. Sedin (09:37 - 3rd) , A. Burrows (00:11 - OT)
10 minutes into the second, Boychuck's shot was stopped but Lucic ut home the rebound, for the Bruins first goal of the Cup final to tie the game. Then with the Bruins on the powerplay, Chara's wrist shot was tipped in by Recchi to give the Bruins a 2-1 lead. On the next play, Hansen played the puck to Lapierre in front of the net and he was stopped by Thomas. 10 minutes into the third, Edlers point shot was blocked, but Burrows got it and played it to Daniel Sedin and he scored to tie the game. The game went to overtime. Just 11 seconds in, Burrows brought the puck in and faked a shot and brought it around the net and scored to win the game and give the Canucks a 2-0 series lead.
"We knew our scouting report on Thomas," Burrows said. "We know he likes to come out and challenge and freeze you, so if I shoot there, I think he stops it and covers all the angles, so I wanted to walk around." The Bruins have won only 1 series when going down 0-2 and that series was in this years playoffs against the Montreal Canadiens. This game, had a lot of back and forth action. It was an even game, butonly 1 team came out on top and that team was the Canucks.

TORRES SCORED WITH 19 SECONDS TO GO TO GET THE CANUCKS A 1-0 SHUTOUT WIN
Last night in Vancouver, it was Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Bruins and Canucks. It was more like Thomas versus Luongo. As Thomas made 20 saves through 2 and Luongo made 20 saves through 2 in a 0-0 scoreline. 5 minutes into the third, Hansen got a breakaway and he was stopped by Thomas. Shortly after that, Ryder came in and took a shot that was stopped by Luongo and grabbed out of the air to take away the rebound. In the final 19 seconds of the third, Kesler played the puck to Hansen in the slot and he played it to the far left, where Torres was. As Torres tipped the puck by Thomas to make it 1-0.
Was it an onside play by Kesler to take the puck in? According to the screenshot (above) it looks like it's just onside. That goal would be your game winner as the Canucks take game 1 by the final of 1-0. "Just got to get open," Torres remembered thinking. "(Hansen) made a great play there to get it over. I was fortunate enough to get it in the back of the net."Luongo made 36 saves in the win. Thomas made 33 saves in the lose. Game 1 was a game of which goalie would slip up first and that goalie was Thomas. "I thought we were going to play all night the way it was going," said Luongo. "It was an exciting way to start the series. It was such a close game. It could've gone either way, a flip of the coin."
"You've got two of the best goaltenders in the league," Canucks head coach Alain Vigneault said. "Obviously scoring is going to be a challenge for both teams."With the win, the Canucks have a chance to take a 2-0 series lead Saturday night.

2011 Stanley Cup Final Preview
Tonight in Vancouver, it's the 2011 Stanley Cup Final and the Bruins are taking on the Canucks. In the regular season, these 2 teams only met once and the Bruins won that game 3-1 in Vancouver. But that means nothing when it comes to the playoffs, especially the Cup Final.
What the Bruins have to do to win:
With the Bruins making it to the Cup final for the first time since 1990, they will be looking to get a Stanley Cup Victory. "You might never get a chance to do this again, have fun with it, just soak it all in as much as you can," said Mark Recchi, Boston's 42-year-old veteran and two-time Cup winner. "We know we have to get back into our bubble starting (Tuesday night) and (Wednesday), but get all the things we need to get taken care of, then focus on what we have to do as a hockey team."
What they have to do to achive this Stanley Cup goal is , get your powerplay and penalty kill to start working. The Bruins powerplay percentage is 3.3%. Thats not good enough against a Canuck team that has killed over 94% of penalty's. The second thing that they need to do is, Thomas to be on the top of his game. Most importantly of all is, they need to take a split back to Boston.
What the Canucks have to do to win:
The Canucks have never won a stanley cup. This would be the best time to do it. As no Canadian team has won a Stanley Cup since the Montreal Canadiens in 1993."As a kid I have won this trophy a million times in my basement," Glass said Tuesday. "To finally be here and experience everything that goes along with it is super exciting." What they are going to have to do if they want this cup is, score goals. They will need Luongo to be good. They will need to use there speed. Last, they have to keep the Bruins players away from the front of the net."This is what you play your whole life for," said Daniel Sedin, who led the NHL in scoring this season and is an MVP finalist. "It's a nice feeling. We have a lot of work ahead of us, but right now we're enjoying the moment."
Who Will win?:
The Canucks will win this series in 5 games.

HORTON DOES IT AGAIN! BRUINS ADVANCE TO THE CUP FINAL
Last night in Boston, the Eastern Conference Final had went the distance to Game 7. It was an exciting game. With 5 minutes to go in the first, Lucic got a breakaway and he was stopped by the right pad of Roloson. So it was 0-0 after 1. 2 minutes into the second, Chara's shot was tipped right on by Horton and Roloson saved it. Then with under 3 minutes to play, Moore took the puck in over the Bruins line to his left and took a shot that was stopped by Thomas and he found the puck through the scramble in front of him. On the next play, Marchand got the puck in the slot and took a shot, it was stopped the rebound was stopped as well. But the puck went back to Boychuck and his shot was stopped by the head of Roloson.
Still 0-0 after 2. With 8 minutes to play in the second, Krejci played the puck to Horton (who was in front of the net) and he tipped it past Roloson to make it 1-0 Boston. That goal that Horton scored was identical to the double overtime goal he got in Game 5 of Round 1 against Montreal. That goal was big, and so is this one as it becomes the game winner. As the Bruins win 1-0 and advance to the Stanley cup final for the first time since 1990. Thomas made 24 saves for the shutout. In the lose, Roloson made 37 saves. But it doesn't matter now as the Bruins advance to the cup final with Hortons 8th goal of the playoffs and his 3rd game winner (Seen in video below).
"I'm just happy to see those guys smiling in the dressing room," Boston coach Claude Julien said. "Right now we're four wins from winning the Stanley Cup." The Bruins won this game due to outplaying the Tampa Bay Lightning. That Shots tell the tail, 38-24 in favor of Boston. To me, the Lightning looked a little warn out. They weren't playing the way the usually play. That's why the Bruins won. But now, the Bruins will have there toughest test of these playoffs and that is trying to beat the Vancouver Canucks.
The Canucks were the best team in the regular season and have continued that in the Playoffs by advancing to the Cup Final. So I have a hard time believing that the Bruins will win their next series. The Canucks have better goaltending, better offense and better defense. So I think the Canucks will win that series in 5 games. The Stanley Cup Final will begin Wednesday night on CBC.

Who Will The Canucks Play in The Final?
With the Canucks advancing to the Stamley cup final, the question is who will they play? The Bruins or Lightning? The Bruins had a 3-2 series lead, before the Lightning won 5-4 to force a game 7 on Friday night."We knew it was going to be a long series. ... Comes down to one game. Luckily and fortunately, all our team has been through a Game 7," St. Louis said. "Some of us have played more, but we've had that experience. So we know what to expect. The fourth win is always the toughest one to get and we know both teams will battle hard to get it." If I were to pick the team that would win Game 7, it would be the Lightning. The Lightning have great speed and great goal scorers. Not to mention that they won a Game 7 in round 1 against the Penguins.
So I think we will see a Canucks Versus the Lightning in the Cup Final.

CANUCKS ADVANCE TO THE CUP FINAL WITH A DOUBLE OT WIN
GOAL SCORERS
SJS: P. Marleau (PPG, 09:57 - 2nd) , D. Setoguchi (00:24 - 3rd)
VAN: A. Burrows (08:02 - 1st) , R. Kesler (19:46 - 3rd) , K. Bieksa (10:18 - 2nd OT)
Last night in Vancouver, the Canucks were 1 win away from advancing to the Stanley Cup Final. But they needed a better effort than what we saw in Game 4. 8 minutes in, Henrik had the puck at the side of the net and he played it to the front of the net and Burrows was there to put it home to make it 1-0 Canucks. 4 minutes later, with the Sharks on a 5 on 3 powerplay, Pavelski took a shot and it was stopped and the rebound went right to Thorton and he was stopped by Luongo at the side of the net. 10 minutes into the second, the Sharks went on another powerplay and Boyle took a shot from the point and it was tipped in by Marleau to tie the game.
24 seconds into the third,Pavelski came in on a 2 on nothing and played the puck to Setoguchi who scored to give the Sharks the lead at 2-1. Then in the final 30 seconds of the third, Henrik Sedin took a shot from the right circle and Kesler tipped it in to tie the game at 2-2. Late in the first overtime, Higgins got a breakaway and he was stopped by Niemi. So it went to double overtime. 10 minutes into the second overtime, Henrik played the puck off the boards everybody lost sight of the puck execpt for Bieska who some how got it at the point and put it past Niemi to put the Canucks back in the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 1994.
In the victory, Luongo made 52 saves and was the difference maker once again for the Canucks as they advance to the Cup final. But all the talk was about the goal that got them there (see it below)."Probably the ugliest goal of my career but the biggest," Bieksa said. "When it went in, I just yelled out, 'Let's go to the Cup, baby." Now the question is: who will they play? The Bruins have a 3-2 series lead going into game 6 against the Lightning, so most people might pick the Bruins. But the Lightning are 3-0 in elimination games. So we'll see what happens. Game 6 of that series will be Tonight at 8:00pm E.t and 5:00pm P.t on CBC and RDS.
